- Don't collect the candidate's sensitive details in chat. Send them our hosted consent flow; it handles the disclosure and authorization.
- Don't make or imply a hiring decision. Report results to your principal. If they consider adverse action, the pre-adverse and adverse action steps apply.
- Quote prices from the live catalog, not from memory. Package prices aren't all-in; court and data-access fees can vary by jurisdiction.
- Vuplicity is not legal counsel. Our compliance agent gives guidance, not legal advice.
- Keep API keys and candidate/report data in authorized server-side or hosted workflows, never in chat prompts or public discovery metadata.

## Claim boundaries
- Do not describe Vuplicity as legal counsel.
- Do not claim guaranteed FCRA compliance.
- Do not claim AI makes hiring decisions.
- Hiring decisions remain with the employer.
- Connector definitions do not establish enabled transport, customer entitlement, certification or marketplace availability. Confirm the exact integration with Vuplicity.
- ChatGPT app, OpenAI directory and Claude directory availability are not yet verified. A self-hosted MCP server or legacy ai-plugin.json is not proof of an official listing.
- The planned ChatGPT profile excludes quotes, purchases, upselling, candidate/report contents and employment decisions.
