What package options are currently available?

We currently offer Basic, Essential, and Complete package tracks. Additional package variants are in development and will be introduced in later releases.

How do volume discounts work?

Volume discounts are discussed during onboarding and tied to projected screening volume and package mix. Teams with higher recurring volume can qualify for reduced package pricing.

Do pass-through fees still apply with discounts?

Yes. Court, jurisdiction, and data-access pass-through fees are billed transparently at cost where required, separate from package discounts.

When are reports available for viewing or download?

Reports are available when all required products for the selected package reach a terminal-ready state. No final report URL is exposed before that point.
